| 学习运用哲学，努力提高哲学思维，是提升中国共产党驾驭风险本领的重要途径。学习哲学有助于提高党的理论思维能力，有助于增强风险决策的科学性，有助于提升党的精神境界。中国共产党坚持以过程思维看形势，坚定驾驭风险的决心；以底线思维防风险，有效遏制危机的发展；以辩证思维抓问责，确保政令畅通，为新时代提升我党驾驭风险工作提供宝贵的经验。面对更加复杂的国内外形势，我党要善于运用普遍联系的观点，完善风险评估体系；以"透过现象看本质"的思维，增强风险识别意识；重视质量互变原理，从源头预防和减缓风险，从而提升新时代我党驾驭风险的本领。 |

| Learning to apply philosophy and improving philosophical thinking is an important way to improve the ability of CPC to manage risks. Learning philosophy is helpful to improve the theoretical thinking ability of the Party,to enhance the scientific nature of decision-making about risks,and to promote the spiritual realm of the Party. The practice of CPC provides valuable experience for promoting the Party's risks managing in the new era, with adhering to the process thinking to analyze the situation, so as to strengthen the determination to control risks; with bottom line thinking to prevent risks,so as to effectively curb the development of the crisis; and with dialectical thinking for accountability, so as to ensure the smooth implementation of government orders. Facing the more complex domestic and foreign situation,the Party should apply the viewpoint of universal connection and perfect the risk assessment system;With the thinking of "seeing the essence through phenomena", we should strengthen the awareness of risk identification and attach importance to the principle of quality interchangeability,prevent and mitigate risks from the source, so as to enhance the Party's ability to manage risks in the new era. |
