| 山海关京奉铁路工人大罢工是中国首次工运高潮中取得胜利的一次重要运动。此次罢工的成功有赖于以王尽美为代表的中国共产党人科学准确的斗争策略。文章结合历史文献和地方档案资料，分析总结了王尽美等领导人在整个罢工过程中的四大策略，即：借直奉战争之机，壮大组织力量；因势利导，同恶势力作斗争；抓住工人心理，调动工人情绪；与工人团结一致，进行流血斗争。罢工的胜利，为工人争取了权益，同时也为后来开滦五矿工人同盟大罢工等运动的开展增强了信心。 |

| The great strike of Beijing-Fengtian Railway Workers’ Strike in Shanhaiguan was an important movement during the first climax of Chinese workers’ movement, whose success was attributed to the scientific and correct struggle strategy of Chinese Communist represented by Wang Jinmei. Based on historical literature and local archives, this paper analyzes and summarizes the four strategies applied by the leaders including Wang Jinmei in the whole process of the strike: to strengthen organizational strength by virtue of the war between Zhi and Feng warlords;to fight against evil forces by using the situation;to mobilize the workers by winning their sympathy and to unite the workers in the bloody struggle. This paper holds that the ultimate victory of the strike has won the rights and interests for the workers, and also strengthened the confidence for the subsequent strike movements such as the Strike in Five Kailuan Mines. |
