利用分光光度法分别考察了水性多彩涂料制备过程中的乳液用量、保护胶体的种类、分散剂的类型及用量、纤维素用量对色粒成粒过程中渗色性能的影响,制备得到适合工艺的组份配比。凝胶色粒稳定性的研究结果及制备涂料的性能测定结果表明,制备的水性多彩涂料体系稳定、抗渗色性能良好。 |

By using spectrophotometric method, the author of this paper has studied the influence of the amount of emulsion, the type of protective colloid, the type and amount of dispersant, and the amount of cellulose on the permeation properties of the granulating process of color particles in the preparation of the waterborne multicolor paint, and obtained the component ratio of proper preparation. The results of the study on the stability of gel particles and the performance of the prepared coating show that the stability and the anti-permeability performance of the prepared coating are good. |
