| Based on the survey of the application of WeChat public platforms in libraries of eight Project 211 universities in Beijing and Shanghai, the authors of this paper analyze the causes of low visiting frequency by students, and accordingly propose some countermeasures, such as publicizing WeChat public platforms of the libraries, enriching the platform content,standardizing the time and frequency of message pushing, and providing personalized services according to the characteristics of students. |
