运用参数型SFA方法,以2006-2013年中国建筑业的面板数据为基础,对建筑业技术效率及其主要影响因素进行实证分析,发现我国建筑业技术效率整体上呈平稳上升趋势,固定资产投资率、科技投入比重对建筑业技术效率的提升有显著促进作用,而国有资产比重对建筑业技术效率的提升具有负效应;此外,利用Malmquist方法对建筑业生产效率进行动态分析,发现我国建筑业生产效率水平的提升主要来自于技术进步的驱动,而技术效率的贡献度较小。 |

The authors of this paper have conducted an empirical analysis of the panel data, technical efficiency and main influencing factors concerning construction industries from 2006 to 2013 in China by SFA. e results show that the overall technical efficiency of China’s construction industries shows a steady upward trend, that fixed asset investment ratio, and the proportion of investment in science and technology promote the technological efficiency of construction but that a high proportion of state-owned assets have a negative effect on the technological efficiency of construction. addition, the authors have also carried out a dynamic analysis of the construction productivity by Malmquist, and discovered that the improvement of production efficiency in construction industries is mainly due to technological progress, and the contribution of technical efficiency is small. |
