| 在现代法律规范中，儿童被赋予与成人一样的独立人格和尊严。然而，在古代法中，儿童却呈现出另外的规范样貌：儿童被作为工具、财产或附属物而存在。这也正是造成古代社会儿童悲剧的总根源，要避免这种悲剧在当代的重演，必须通过立法充分保障儿童权利，必须在公众中培育起牢固的现代儿童权利观。 |

| In modern legal norms, children and adults are given the same independent personality and dignity. However, in the ancient law, children were presented with different norms:existing as a tool, property or appendages. This was precisely what caused the tragedy of children in ancient society. In order to avoid the recurrence of such tragedies in contemporary society, it's necessary to fully protect the rights of children by legislation, to cultivate a strong modern concept of children's rights in the public. |
