以铁尾矿砂、水泥、少量粉煤灰和矿粉为原料,经压力和振动成型制备铁尾矿砂砌块,研究其基本力学性能。根据尺寸为240 mm×115 mm×53 mm砌块的抗压强度试验数据,不断地优化原材料的配合比,最终得出MU7.5,MU10.0和MU15.0三个强度等级的砌块所对应的配合比,并对其进行抗压强度和抗折强度试验。试验结果表明:铁尾矿砂砌块的抗压强度与水泥掺量呈近似正比例关系,三种配合比下配制出的砌块体积密度高于标准砖5%~10%,其抗压、抗折强度均符合强度要求。 |

Iron tailings sand blocks were prepared by pressure and vibration molding with iron tailings sand, cement, a small amount of fly ash, and slag powder as raw materials, and then their basic mechanical properties were studied. According to the compressive strength test data of blocks with a size of 240 mm×115 mm×53 mm, the mix proportion of raw materials was continuously optimized, and finally the mix proportions corresponding to three different strength grades of blocks, MU7.5, MU10.0 and MU15.0 were obtained, and their compressive strength and flexural strength tests were carried out. The test results show that the compressive strength of iron tailings sand blocks is approximately in direct proportion to the cement content; The bulk density of the blocks prepared under the three mix proportions is slightly higher than that of ordinary bricks by 5%~10%, and their compressive and flexural strengths all meet the strength requirements. |
