采用铝电极电絮凝法处理机械加工含乳化液废水。实验结果表明,最佳的电解工艺条件为:电解电压=35 V,反应时间=60 min,电解质NaCl投加量=0.10 g/L,pH值=3,破乳剂CaCl2投加量=1.0 g/L。在此条件下,废水COD去除率可以达到95.6%,出水COD可以达到500 mg/L以下。此方法具有处理效果好、反应时间短等优点,在含乳化液废水处理领域具有良好的应用前景。 |

Electric Flocculation with aluminum electrode has been used for the treatment of emulsion wastewater from mechanical processing. The results show that the optimal electrolytic process conditions are as follows: electrolytic voltage=35 V, reaction time=60 min,NaCl dosage=0.1 g/L, pH=3, CaCl2 dosage=1 g/L. Under these conditions, the COD removing rate of the wastewater can reach 95.6%, and the effluent COD can be less than 500 mg/L. This method has the advantages of satisfying treatment effect and short reaction time, and has a good application prospect in the field of emulsion wastewater treatment. |
