| 随着网络社交媒体的蓬勃发展,广大用户在享受便利的同时,不自觉地变成了免费的数字劳工。在短视频平台上,个人情感的满足、个人社会资本的获得和短视频平台的刻意引导是用户数字劳动的主要行为动力。然而,用户作为劳动主体与其劳动产品、生产过程及自身类本质相异化,且平台内人际关系亦趋于异化,意味着数字资本对人的生命过程进行了隐蔽的规训。鉴于此,文章提出通过强化平台管理、提升用户媒介素养及加强政府引导等措施,以消解数字劳动的异化,促进短视频平台健康发展。 |

| With the vigorous development of online social media, the majority of users could enjoy the convenience, but they unconsciously become free digital laborers at the same time. On the short-video platforms, the satisfaction of users’ personal emotions, the acquisition of personal social capital, and the deliberate guidance of the platforms are the main behavioral motivations. However, the alienation of users’ labor products, production processes, and their own nature is significant, and the interpersonal relationships within the platform also tend to be alienated, which means that digital capital has carried out covert discipline on the human life process. In response to this problem, the article proposes measures such as strengthening platform management, improving users’ media literacy, and strengthening government guidance to resolve digital labor alienation and promote the healthy development of short-video platforms. |
