      通过调查问卷收集装配式住宅购买意愿样本,并应用结构方程模型进行实证分析。结果显示,装配式住宅认知、政府激励、数智化发展对购买意愿有正向影响,购买意愿对购买行为有正向影响。因此,为了有效提高消费者对装配式住宅的购买意愿,参与装配式建筑项目的企业要加大宣传力度,提高人们的认知度;生产企业要不断提升装配式住宅的数智化水平,提高用户的体验感;政府要增大激励力度,促进消费者将购买意愿转变成购买行为。
英文摘要:
      A sample of purchase willingness of prefabricated houses was collected through questionnaires, and empirical analysis was conducted with structural equation model. The results show that cognition of prefabricated houses, government incentives, and the development of digital intelligence have a positive impact on the purchase willingness, and purchase willingness has a positive impact on purchase behavior. Therefore, in order to effectively improve consumers' willingness, the enterprises participating in prefabricated construction projects should increase publicity to enhance people's awareness; the production enterprises should continuously improve the digital and intelligent level of prefabricated houses to enhance users' experience; the government should increase incentives to promote consumers' transformation of purchase willingness into purchase behavior.
