| In view of the dilemma of the legal development of vocational education, it is proposed to elaborate on the orientation and value of the legal transformation of vocational education, based on the legal norms system of vocational education, and adhere to the rule of law thinking and methods to achieve legal governance. The key routing is to outline the basic principles of constructing a legal transformation mechanism for vocational education, strengthen legislative guidance to consolidate the cornerstone of legal governance of vocational education and judicial governance. Jointly, make vocational education governance system legal transformation. |
