| As for how to correctly treat the relationship between the two periods before and after the reform and opening up,President Xi Jinping has put forward the view of "Two Can-Not-Deny's", and clearly expounded the essence and historical orientation of the two historical periods. He believes that both periods are practical explorations of socialist construction led by the CPC. By analyzing the viewpoint of "Two Can-Not-Deny's", it is not difficult to find that it is reasonable and of great significance in theory, history and practice. From the traditional Chinese culture, Marxist theory and the theoretical innovation of the CPC, the theoretical basis of "Two Can-Not-Deny's" can be seen. From the historical experiences and lessons of modern Chinese history of striving for survival and development,the development history of the Communist Party of the Soviet Union and the struggle history of the CPC, the historical lessons can be acquired. At present, the view of "Two Can-Not-Deny's", as an important guide to promote the socialist construction, is practically significant to correctly understand the Party's history and strengthening historical confidence, as well to continuously deepening reform and building a modern socialist country in an all-round way. |
