      为了实现对多台雾炮机的集中管理、合理雾化除尘,提出了基于S7 200 SMART PLC与组态王的雾炮机控制系统设计方案:将S7 200 SMART PLC作为控制系统的现场控制装置,通过继电器输出控制雾炮机中的被控电机;利用组态王软件对控制系统进行设计,实现工作模式的选择、工作指令的下达及对设备状态的监视;通过TCP/IP方式实现PLC与上位机之间的实时通信。现场运行结果表明,该控制系统运行良好,操作灵活简单,提升了雾炮机的工作效率。
英文摘要:
      In order to realize the centralized control of several anti-dust cannons and rationalize the atomized dust-removing, a control system based on S7 200 SMART PLC and King View is proposed. In this system, S7 200 SMART PLC is taken as a on-site control equipment to control the motor in the anti-dust cannon through relays. King View is used to design the control system so as to realize the operating mode selection, instruction sending and equipment condition monitoring. PLC and master computer can conduct the real-time communication through TCP. The practice shows that the control system runs well and is easy to operate, which has increased the efficiency of the anti-dust cannon.
