| 延安整风运动是中国共产党开展党内集中教育活动的历史范式。回溯历史，延安整风运动在教育目的上立足于消除党内的思想分歧，在教育内容上立足于马克思主义基本原理，在教育过程中立足于有的放矢的科学方法；分析价值，延安整风运动提高了党员干部的政治本领，实现了党的作风的极大好转，推动了延安地区社会风气的明显改善；思考镜鉴，新时代要坚持问题导向、过程导向和实践导向，以推进党内集中教育特别是党史学习教育精准化、科学化和实效化。 |

| The Yan’an Rectification Movement is a historical paradigm for the Communist Party of China to carry out centralized education within the Party. In retrospect, the Movement was aimed at the elimination of ideological differences within the Party,with Marxist cardinal principles as the educational content, and the scientific method of targeting as the educational process. In analysis of its value, the Movement improved the political ability of Party members and cadres, changed the Party’s work style, and promoted a marked improvement in the social climate of Yan’an. In reflection, the problem-oriented, process-oriented and practice-oriented approach should be taken to promote the precise, scientific and effective manner in the concentrated education within the Party, especially Party history learning and education. |
