| 将三螺旋模型拓展为四螺旋模型,构建了由研发组织、企业、政府以及国外创新组织组成的区域创新生态系统四螺旋耦合协调关系,运用熵权法对四螺旋有序度进行测算,并在此基础上运用耦合协调度计算方法对2013-2019年我国31个省域四螺旋耦合协调关系进行衡量并划分协调等级。结果表明:从空间格局来看,我国东部、中部、东北、西部四个地区创新生态系统四螺旋耦合协调关系从强到弱呈阶梯形分布,空间差异性较明显;从时间变化来看,2017年同2013年相比,我国31个省域创新生态系统四螺旋协调等级除海南和黑龙江外,其他省域均处于不变或上升趋势,而2017年到2019年,大多数省域协调等级下降趋势较明显。 |

| This paper expands the triple helix model to quadrihelix one, where the regional innovation ecosystem consisting of development organization, enterprise, government and foreign innovative organizations is constructed. Then the quadrihelix order degree is calculated with the entropy weight method. On this basis,the coupling coordination degree model is used to to measure the quadrihelix coupling coordination relationship in China’s thirty-one provinces from 2013 to 2019,and their coordination levels are divided. The results show that: In terms of spatial distribution, the quadrihelix coupling coordination relationship in the east, the middle, the northeast and the west of China presents a stepped feature of being strong to weak,and the spatial difference is evident; In terms of time change, compared with that in 2013, the coupling coordination level in 2017 is in a constant or rising trend except for Hainan and Heilongjiang provinces; From 2017 to 2019, the level shows a significant downward trend in most provinces. |
