| 以新兴数字科技变革为时代背景,构建数字经济和物流业效率的测度指标体系,利用三阶段DEA-Malmquist指数模型和熵值法分别测算出2010-2019年我国东部、中部、西部三大经济区的物流业效率和数字经济综合指数。在此基础上,以长江经济带11个省市为深入研究对象,借助耦合协调度模型对其数字经济与物流业效率的协调发展关系进行分析,结果发现:物流业综合技术效率在全国范围内呈现出由东向西逐渐衰减的空间梯度差异;人均GDP、对外开放程度均对区域物流业效率存在显著影响,而且规模效率降低是阻碍物流业综合技术效率增长的主要原因;长江经济带的数字经济与物流业效率的协调发展水平总体呈现逐年上升的趋势,且其发展存在空间异质性,江苏省、浙江省、上海市、安徽省、湖南省、湖北省和四川省协调性较好,云贵等地区协调性不足。针对研究结果,为促进长江经济带数字经济与物流业效率的协调发展水平的提高,从加大数字技术投入、区域物流联动发展、重点扭转云贵等地区数字物流发展的劣势等方面提出了相关建议。 |

| With the background of emerging digital technology reform, the measurement index system for the efficiency of digital economy and logistics is constructed. The three-stage DEA-Malmquist index model and entropy method are used to calculate the comprehensive index of the efficiencies in China’s eastern, central and western economic zones from 2010 to 2019. On this basis,with 11 provinces or cities in the Yangtze River Economic Belt as the research object, the coordinated development relationship between digital economy and logistics efficiency is analyzed with the coupling coordination degree model. The results show : The comprehensive technical efficiency of the logistics indicates a spatial gradient difference gradually declining from east to west across the whole country; The GDP per capita and the opening degree have significant effects on the regional logistics efficiency,and the reduction of scale efficiency is the main reason to hinder the growth of regional comprehensive technical efficiency; The coordinated development level of digital economy and logistics efficiency in the Yangtze River Economic Belt shows an overall increasing trend year by year, and there is spatial heterogeneity in its development. Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Shanghai, Anhui, Hunan, Hubei and Sichuan provinces have good coordination, while Yunnan-Guizhou regions have insufficient coordination. Based on the results, relevant suggestions are put forward to improve the coordinated development level of digital economy and logistics efficiency in the Yangtze River Economic Belt from the aspects of increasing digital technology investment, regional logistics connected development,and the change of backwardness in Yunnan-Guizhou regions. |
