关于莎士比亚戏剧是否符合悲剧为上、喜剧为下的新古典主义规则,学界曾有过激烈论战,究其本质仍是悬而未决并持续发酵的文体混用问题,其间隐含着关于如何突破传统审美困境的追问。文章用超越时代局限的视角反观这一文学现象,以莎士比亚的四大悲剧作品之一《麦克白》为案,探索莎氏悲剧杂糅喜剧、散文、预言、玄学诗等多种文体因素的情况,以期揭示莎士比亚戏剧创作中的丰富要素和深刻意蕴。 |

Whether Shakespeare’s plays are in line with the neoclassical rule, which takes tragedy at the top and comedy at the bottom, has gone through hot debate in the academic circle. About this debate, the essence is still an unsolved and continuously fermenting problem of mixing of the genres,which implies an inquiry on how to break through the traditional aesthetic dilemma. With Macbeth, one of Shakespeare’s four major tragedies, as an example, this paper studies this literature case from a perspective beyond the limitations of the times. It explores the mixing of comedy, prose, prophecy, metaphysical poetry and other literary factors in Shakespeare’s tragedy,so as to reveal the rich elements and profound implications in Shakespeare’s works. |
