| 建构党史学习教育制度是推进党史学习教育取得成效的基本保障。百年来,中国共产党坚持围绕不同历史阶段的中心任务积极建构党史学习教育制度,党史学习教育制度建构经历了由初步规范到发展、完善进而全面深化的演进历程并积累了丰富经验,其中重要一条是党史学习教育制度建构始终伴随马克思主义中国化的历史进程不断推进。新中国成立后,党史学习教育制度建构致力于党的制度建设与国家法治建设的有机统一。 |

| The construction of the Party history learning and education system is the basic guarantee to promote the effectiveness of the Party history learning and education. For a hundred years, the Communist Party of China has insisted on actively constructing Party history learning and education system around the central tasks in different historical stages. The construction has experienced an evolutionary process from initial specification to development, improvement and then comprehensive deepening, during which much experience has been accumulated. One of them is that the construction has always been accompanied by the continuous advancement of the sinicization process of Marxism. After the founding of the People’s Republic of China, the learning and education system construction was oriented to the organic unification of the construction for the Party’s system and the country’s rule of law. |
