      针对现有行李传送车车身为多片钢板拼焊而成,存在零件多、工序多、焊缝质量难保证、加工成本高等问题,通过对现有车身结构可折弯加工区域的整合分析,提出车身结构设计的新方案,并在保证工艺强度的前提下,减小了车身钢板厚度;结合新的车身结构设计方案,提出钣金折弯的生产工艺。
英文摘要:
      The body of the present luggage transport vehicle is made of multiple steel plates, which leads to many problems including many parts, many processes, the quality of the welding seam being difficult to guarantee, and high processing cost. Therefore, a new body structure design and process for the luggage transport vehicle are proposed in this paper. Through the integrated analysis for the bending processing area of the present body structure, a new scheme of the body structure design is given,and the thickness of the body steel plate is reduced on the premise of ensuring the strength of the process. Combined with the new structural design scheme for the vehicle body, a production process of sheet meal bending is proposed.
