      干部是落实党的各项方针政策的关键力量。新时代下不仅要继续推进全面从严治党,更要关心爱护党的干部,发挥好干部的组织、管理和领导能力。实施干部情感激励要立足于中国实际,借鉴西方人本管理理念,把情感交流与宽容失误作为重要抓手,既要保证情感激励的科学性,又要适应国家建设的需要,保护干部干事创业的信心与勇气。
英文摘要:
      Cadres are the key force in implementing the Party's policies. In the new era, we should not only continue to implement comprehensive and strict Party governance, but also care and cherish party's cadres and give full play to their organization, management and leadership abilities. Emotional motivation for Cadres should be based on China's actual conditions and learn from the western human-oriented management concept.Therefore, the emotional communication and fault tolerance should be conducted at the same time,so as to ensure the scientific nature of the emotional motivation,to meet the needs of national construction and to protect cadres' faith and courage to create their career.
