| Cadres are the key force in implementing the Party's policies. In the new era, we should not only continue to implement comprehensive and strict Party governance, but also care and cherish party's cadres and give full play to their organization, management and leadership abilities. Emotional motivation for Cadres should be based on China's actual conditions and learn from the western human-oriented management concept.Therefore, the emotional communication and fault tolerance should be conducted at the same time,so as to ensure the scientific nature of the emotional motivation,to meet the needs of national construction and to protect cadres' faith and courage to create their career. |
