李大钊名作《"今"》(一九一八年四月十五日)一文,阐发了他对"今"的观点。他指明了"今"最可宝贵的道理,"现在"成为连接过去与未来的必要环节。李大钊对于厌"今"是持批评态度的,对于乐"今"也不赞成。李大钊要大家努力的方向不是返回过去,而是走向将来,而走向将来必须要以今日的努力创造为根本。他的"今"论有进化论的影响,就其实践性来说显示了积极的人生态度和昂扬的奋进精神;是辩证的"今"论,具有高度的哲学思辨性,复古倒退,沉迷将来,都不能说是真正把握了"今"之真谛;"今"论还实现了时间观与人生观的相合。这对于今天我们青年珍惜时光、重视今日进行创造有着直接现实的指导作用。 |

Li Dazhao elaborated on his idea of "present" in his famous essay The Present (April 15, 1918). He pointed out that "present" was the most precious, which was a necessary link between past and future. Li Dazhao criticized both the idea of "detesting present" and the idea of "enjoying present". What he tried to argue was not to return to the past, but to the future,which must be based on present hard work. His idea of "present" was influenced by the theory of evolution, and demonstrated his positive attitude to life and his enterprising spirit. His idea of "present" was dialectical, and reflected his philosophical critical thinking. Neither returning to the old nor being obsessing with future was the correct understanding of "present". In conclusion, his idea of "present" offers direct guidance to the youth, who are expected to cherish time and the present and build a bright future. |
