| 十八届三中全会提出的创新社会治理理念，有着深厚的马克思主义理论依据。社会主义市场经济的发展、社会结构和社会矛盾的变化促使中央政府必须创新社会组织参与公共服务模式和基层社会自治模式，以适应经济和社会发展，从而调节国家与社会、国家与公民之间的关系。在实现中国梦的征程中，应坚持以马克思主义为指导进一步创新社会治理机制。 |

| The idea of innovating social governance, proposed in the third plenary session of 18th CPC Central Committee, is firmly based on Marxist theory. With the development of the socialist market economy, and the changes in social structures and social conflicts, the Central Government has to reform the models of the participation of social organizations in the public service and those of the autonomy of social grass-roots, so as to adapt to economic and social development, and regulate relations between the State and society, and the State and its citizens. On the journey of realizing the Chinese dream, China should adhere to the guidance of Marxism and speed up the innovation of social governance mechanism. |
