| 张静如先生是当代中国著名马克思主义理论专家、中共党史学家、教育家。他以“李大钊研究第一人”闻名于世，以率先建构党史学科体系享誉学界。他培养了一批学术研究和理论宣传的骨干人才，为新时期党史学科和马克思主义理论学科建设作出重要贡献。他提出从解放和发展生产力、实现社会现代化角度研究党史，以社会史为基础深化党史研究等一系列重要观点，在党史学和马克思主义理论学界产生了重要影响。八十三载人生路，党史学科擎天柱，务实求真开新经，情满杏坛育英才。这既是张静如先生学术人生的真实写照，也是北京师范大学“励耘”“乐育”精神的生动体现。 |

| Zhang Jingru, a famous contemporary Marxist theorist, CPC historian and educationist, was well-known as the first person to study Li Dazhao and construct CPC history in the academic circles. He had trained a number of talents for academic research and theoretical publicity, thus making an important contribution to the construction of the Party history and Marxist theory in a new period. He had put forward a series of views, which had an important influence on the academic circles of the Party history and Marxism. He argued that the Party history should be studied from perspectives of the emancipation and development of productive forces and the realization of social moderation, and on the basis of social history. He played a decisive role in the research of the Party history. He was pragmatic and realistic in pursuit of innovation and had trained a lot of talents, which was a authentic depiction of Zhang's academic life and a vivid reflection of Beijing Normal University's spirit of encouraging devotion to education. |
