当前我国培训市场不断扩大,但国有培训机构在发展中却面临强大挑战。国有培训机构存在的主要问题包括:政企不分或政事不分现象严重、部分政府所属的各培训机构成为干部腐败的温床、培训内容陈旧或部分培训硬件设施落后、财务管理不规范、人事管理机制不够灵活等,因此,新常态下需要加强国有培训机构转型发展,应转变政府职能,创新体制机制,加强法制监管,整合培训资源,走品牌化道路。 |

At present, the training market in China has been expanding rapidly, but the state-owned training institutions are facing a great challenge in their development. The main problems include:no clear line between the functions of the government and enterprises, corruption among officials in some state-owned training institutions, obsolete training contents, backward facilities,unsound financial management, and inflexible personnel management mechanism. Therefore, under the new normal,it is necessary to strengthen the restructuring and development of state-owned training institutions,change the government functions, innovative in institutional mechanisms, improve legal supervision, integrate training resources, and strive to distinguish themselves. |
