The author of this paper first discusses the defects of thin-walled parts, such as poor rigidity, deformity, and imprecision, and then proposes some optimization strategies for solving the deformity problems of thin-walled turning parts, based on an analysis of the cause of deformity, the selection of workpiece clamps and the geometrical parameters of tools, and processing technology. |
