设计了一种烟气脱硫监控系统:采用湿式石灰石烟气脱硫工艺作为系统脱硫控制方案;硬件方面采用PLC作为监控系统的下位机,采集实时数据与控制现场设备;将工控机作为上位机,通过组态软件实现对下位机的实时监控。经实验室调试证明:此监控系统实现了运行参数与数据的实时监控,具有控制简单、界面友好、维护性好等特点。 |

The author of this paper has designed a monitoring system for flue gas desulfurization, with the flue gas desulfurization through wet limestone process as a desulfurization system control scheme, PLC as the lower computer of the monitoring system to collect real-time data and control equipment on the spot, and an IPC as the host computer to achieve the real-time monitoring of slave computers through the configuration softwares. The laboratory tests show that the monitoring system is characterized by the real-time monitoring of running parameters and data, simple control, friendly interface, and good maintainability. |
