      为提高重介质管路平板闸阀的使用寿命,针对重介质管路的特点,改进了平板闸阀的结构,并利用ANSYS有限元分析软件,建立了阀体和闸板的流体动力学分析和结构应力分析三维模型,数值模拟分析它们的受力状况及边界条件,并对结构改进前后的受力进行了对比分析,验证了设计的可靠性。
英文摘要:
      In order to increase the service life of the flat gate valves of the dense-medium pipelines, the author of this paper, in view of the characteristics of the dense-medium pipelines,has improved the structure of the flat gate valves, constructed a 3D model to analyze the fluid dynamics and structural stress of the valve bodies and gates through ANSYS,simulated their stress condition and boundary condition numerically, made a comparative analysis of the structural stress before and after the improvement on the structure, and thus demonstrated the reliability of the optimization.
