| Li Dazhao, as a great pioneer of the Communist movement in China, spread Marxism, trained and influenced a generation of Communists, and laid the theoretical foundation for the establishment of the Communist Party of China. The victory of the Russian Revolution in 1917 inspired the Chinese progressive intellectual circles. Li Dazhao pointed out that Chinese revolution should be guided by Marxism and Leninism, strived to apply them to analyze the basic problems of the Chinese society and Chinese revolution, and put forward some enlightening suggestions. Li Dazhao pioneered the Chinese Marxist cause, leaving much ideological and theoretical heritage. In short, his heroic dedication to the Chinese people's liberation is to be remembered, admired and carried on. |
