It is an important historic project to deepen the understanding of the laws of social development.
e reason is as follows:reform is the objective need of the development of productive forces, the effective means to resolve social contradictions, and a catalyst for the substitution of a new system for an old one.
form means liberating productive forces, developing productive forces, daring to take risks and improving on the socialist system.
this end, we must uphold the interests of the vast majority of people, fairly share the reform costs and adhere to the principle of top-level design. |
