介绍了用活化-酸浸法提取粉煤灰中氧化铝的方法,考察了粉煤灰煅烧活化和硫酸浸出条件对粉煤灰中铝溶出率的影响。通过实验得出最佳工艺条件为:煅烧活化处理温度为750 ℃,碳酸钠和碳酸钾的混合物与粉煤灰的比例为2∶1,煅烧活化保温时间为45 min,硫酸浓度为0.6 mol/L,水浴溶出温度为80 ℃,氧化铝的最终溶出率为98.36%。 |

The author of this paper have studied the activation-acid-leaching method in extracting aluminum oxide from fly ash and examined the influence of fly ash calcined activation and sulfuric acid leaching condition on the aluminum leaching rate. e obtained optimum conditions are as follows:the temperature of calcined activation is 750 ℃, the proportion of the mixture sodium carbonate and potassium carbonate to fly ash is 2∶1, the calcination holding time is 45 min, the concentration of sulfuric acid is 0.6 mol/L, the temperature of water bath is 80 ℃, and the ultimate alumina dissolution rate is 98.36%. |
