      用烯丙基磺酸钠(SAS)对聚环氧琥珀酸(PESA)进行改性,实验得到了二者的最佳反应条件,并通过红外光谱测试,证明合成产物为聚环氧琥珀酸衍生物(SAS-PESA),从而进一步考察了SAS-PESA阻磷酸钙和碳酸钙的阻垢性能,分析了其阻垢机理。结果表明:①以SAS为改性剂,当PESA与SAS质量比为4∶3,改性体系的pH值为4,反应时间为2.5 h,反应温度为95 ℃的条件下获得的SAS-PESA阻垢效果最佳。②PESA和SAS-PESA 浓度为14 mg/L时,阻磷酸钙的阻垢率SAS-PESA为44.8%,而PESA为28.5%;PESA和SAS-PESA浓度为10 mg/L时,阻碳酸钙的阻垢率均可达到92%左右。③SAS-PESA具有对碳酸钙垢的晶格扭曲的作用,可把稳定的方解石转化为球霰石。

      The authors of this paper modified polyethylene succinic acid(PESA)with sodium allylsulfonate(SAS), obtained their optimum reaction conditions, proved that the synthesis products were polyethylene succinic acid derivatives (SAS and PESA), through infrared spectrum testing, examined the scale inhibition of SAS and PESA against resistance phosphate calcium carbonate and calcium, and finally analyzed their scale inhibition mechanism.
  e results show:① when SAS acts as modifier, the quality ratio of PESA to SAS is 4∶3, pH of the modification system is 4, the reaction time is 2.5 h, and the reaction temperature is 95℃, the scale inhibition of SAS and PESA is the best; ② when the concentration of PESA and SAS , and that of PESA are 14 mg/L, the scale inhibition rate of SAS and PESA against calcium phosphate is 44.8% and that of PESA is 28.5%; when the concentration of PESA and SAS, and that of PESA are 10 mg/L, both the scale inhibition rates can reach 92%; ③The SAS and PESA can twist calcium carbonate scale lattice and change the stable calcite into vaterite.
