is paper re-examines the functions and powers of the prosecutorial organs from the following 4 aspects: the correct position of prosecutorial power, the duty to achieve objectivity and fairness, the strengthening of the function of supervision and restriction on the investigation, and gradual expansion of the prosecutorial organs. |
