| 唐山在历史上有过4次设市,分别是1925年、1928年、1938年和1946年。现在学者们公认1928年设市不符合条件,1938年由日伪政权设市应当否定,但对1925年设市还是1946年设市存在分歧。虽然1946年国民政府在唐山所设市制是一种比较成熟的市制,是具有近代行政区划建制意义的市制,但通过考察史料可知,1925年设市说应该更符合实际。 |

Tangshan was declared a city 4 times in history, namely in 1925, in 1928, in 1938, and in 1946.
holars agree that the declaration of Tangshan as a city in 1928 did not meet the necessary conditions, and that the designation of Tangshan as a city by the Japanese puppet regime in 1938 should not be recognized, but disagree on whether 1925 or 1946 was the time when Tangshan City was founded.
though the Tangshan City, founded by the Kuomintang government in 1946, had the features of modern administrative system, the study of historical data demonstrates that it is more accurate to conclude that the city was first founded in 1925. |
