| 人力资本理论创立以来,教育对经济的未来影响显著而现实影响不明显的观念深入人心。然而,随着我国高等教育规模的扩大,大学生就业在经济增量、家庭教育投资、新型城镇化建设、经济均衡发展等方面都产生了比较显著的当期影响。正确认识大学生就业与现实经济的关系,建立健康的就业环境,依据现实经济发展的需要提升高校教育质量,从而建立高等教育与现实经济的匹配关系,对于提升大学生就业质量具有重要意义。 |

Since the foundation of the human capital theory, it has been widely accepted that the influence of education on the future economy is significant while the immediate effect is not obvious.
t with the expansion of China’s higher education, the employment of college students has a significant impact on the aspects of economic increment, family education investment,new urbanization construction and balanced economic development.
is significant to the quality enhancement of the employment of college students to correctly understand the relationship between employment of college students and current economy, build a healthy employment environment, enhance the quality of higher education according to the need of economic development and establish the matching relationship between higher education and economy. |
