| 以美对华直接投资的前八大工业产业作为研究对象，利用选取的美国和中国工业产业2002-2012年间的数据，通过构建产业层面因素影响模型，分析了中美环境规制差异对我国不同工业产业 FDI 的影响。通过分析可以看到，环境规制差异是造成污染产业跨国转移的动因之一，对我国工业产业利用外资有不同程度的影响。因此，需要根据不同产业的具体情况，制定相应的环境规制政策，建立与经济发展相结合的环境规制体系，增强与企业的互动与合作，加强行业协会的环境规制作用。 |

| With the eight US largest industries which have made direct investments in China as re-search objects,and based on American and Chinese industrial data during 2002-2012,the author of this paper has constructed a model of industry-level influencing factors and analyzed the impact of Sino-US differences in environmental regulation on Chinese industrial FDI.The analysis shows that the environmental regulation difference is one of the agents for the transfer of polluting in-dustries into China and has some effect on the use of foreign capital in China’s industry.There-fore,it is necessary to make environmental regulation policies,establish an environmental regula-tion system to go with economic development,enhance the interaction and cooperation with en-terprises,and strengthen the role of industry associations in environmental regulation,according to the specific circumstances of different industries. |
