| 产教融合是应用型本科院校人才培养的重要途径。然而,当前地方应用型本科院校法学专业在推进产教融合过程中,仍面临协同育人主体动力不足、合作深度不够和学生主体作用发挥不充分等现实困境。文章结合唐山学院法学专业建设实践,探索构建以社会需求为导向,多主体参与、多场域融合、培养过程全覆盖的协同育人机制,为提升应用型法治人才培养质量提供实践路径与参考。 |

| Industry-education integration serves as the primary approach for talent cultivation in applied undergraduate institutions. Nevertheless,during the process of promoting industry-education in legal programs at local applied undergraduate institutions, practical challenges such as insufficient motivation among collaborative education entities, inadequate depth of cooperation, and under-utilization of students’ proactive roles still persist. Based on the practical experience of the law program development at Tangshan University, this paper explores the construction of a demand-oriented, multi-entity participatory, multi-domain integrated, and comprehensive collaborative education mechanism, which aims to provide practical pathways and reform references for improving the quality of applied legal talent cultivation. |
