      文章以某地使用的消音器为研究对象,提出了其接管许用外载荷的计算方法,并给出了地震载荷作用下其支座处的支反力。首先,基于设计条件,给出了在结构尺寸已经确定的前提下接管端口处所能够承受的拉力、剪力、弯矩等许用外载荷的计算公式,并采用计算结果对设备危险截面进行了应力校核;其次,对消音器进行抗震烈度7级、基本地震加速度0.45 g的地震载荷下加速度反应谱分析,提取了消音器前75阶模态特征值,以确保纳入地震载荷模型90%以上的有效质量;最后,计算得到消音器支座所受到的地震载荷以及考虑自重条件下的支反力,可为后续消音器的设计及校核提供一定的参考。

      With a muffler used in a certain location as the research object, a calculation method for the allowable external loads of vessel nozzles is proposed, and the support reaction force at the support under seismic loads is provided. Firstly,based on the design conditions, formulas for calculating allowable external loads such as tensile force, shear force and bending moment at the nozzle port, are derived with the premise that structural dimensions are determined, and stress checks at dangerous sections are conducted with the calculated results. Subsequently, acceleration response spectrum analysis is performed under a seismic intensity of Grade 7 and a basic seismic acceleration of 0.45 g, extracting the first 75 modal eigenvalues to ensure over 90% effective mass is included in the seismic model. Finally, the seismic load and the supporting reaction considering the self-weight condition on the muffler supports are calculatied, can provide references for subsequent design and verification.
