      文章基于CIPP评价模型的四维理论框架,结合教育部《高等学校课程思政建设指导纲要》等政策文本,运用德尔菲法、李克特五级量表法构建了包含4个一级指标、10个二级指标、30个三级指标的高校课程思政评价指标体系。通过计算所有指标的变异系数(均小于15%)与重要程度(平均值均大于4.6),确保了评价指标的有效性和重要性;运用层次分析法对各指标进行了权重计算并通过了一致性检验,保证了指标权重的客观性与科学性,说明评价指标体系具有一定的实际应用价值,可为推动课程思政建设提质增效提供有力支持。
英文摘要:
      This paper develops a comprehensive evaluation index system for ideological and political education in university courses by integrating the four-dimensional theoretical framework of the CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product) evaluation model with policy documents such as the Guidelines for Ideological and Political Education in Higher Education Courses issued by the Ministry of Education. Utilizing the Delphi method and Likert five-level scale, the system comprises 4 first-level indicators, 10 second-level indicators and 30 third-level indicators. The validity and importance of the evaluation indicators are ensured by calculating the coefficient of variation (all below 15%) and significance level (average values all above 4.6) for all indicators. The Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) is applied to determine the weight of each indicator, and consistency test is conducted, which has confirmed the objectivity and scientificity of the indicator weights. The results demonstrate that the evaluation index system has practical application value and can provide robust support for enhancing the quality and effectiveness of curriculum ideological and political education.
