| 文章基于合作博弈理论框架,分别构建了静态分析与动态分析模型,系统分析了在数字经济背景下政府、高校与企业间在供应链管理人才培养中的复杂合作博弈机制,揭示了三者在合作过程中潜藏的障碍与挑战,发现各方的投入力度、校企的合作程度以及政府所关注的社会效益均对供应链管理人才培养成效产生显著影响,据此提出了政府应不断强化资金保障与政策引导,政府和高校应继续加强协同联动,高校与企业应深化产学研融合合作,政府、高校与企业应建立健全协同联动机制等对策建议,以促进教育资源与产业需求的无缝对接,从而全面提升供应链管理人才的培养质量与效率。 |

| Based on the framework of cooperative game theory, this paper constructs static and dynamic analysis models, systematically analyzing the complex cooperative game mechanism among the government, universities and enterprises in the cultivation of supply chain management talent against the backdrop of the digital economy. It reveals the hidden obstacles and challenges in their cooperation process, finding that the investment efforts of all parties, the degree of university-enterprise cooperation, and the social benefits focused on by the government significantly impact the effectiveness of talent cultivation. Accordingly, countermeasures and suggestions are proposed: The government should continuously strengthen financial security and policy guidance; The government and universities should further enhance synergistic linkages; Universities and enterprises should deepen industry-university-research integration and cooperation; And the government, universities and enterprises should establish and improve collaborative linkage mechanisms to promote the seamless connection between educational resources and industrial needs, thereby comprehensively improving the quality and efficiency of talent cultivation. |
