| 针对煤层开采所引起的覆岩破坏、地表沉降等影响工作面安全回采的问题,文章以淮南地区某采煤工作面为例,通过FLAC3D软件构建工作面三维地质模型,模拟煤层开采上覆岩层应力、位移及破坏特征,计算出"两带"发育高度,并将数值模拟结果与井下钻孔电法实测数据进行对比分析,以验证模拟结果的准确性。结果显示,数值模拟得到的"两带"发育高度分别为11.5 m,41 m,通过现场实测得到的结果分别为11 m和40.5 m,两者误差均在可接受范围内。这表明,利用FLAC3D软件进行数值模拟可获得较为可靠的"两带"发育高度数据,能为采区及类似工作面"两带"发育高度计算提供有效方法。 |

| Aiming at the problems of overburden failure and surface settlement caused by coal seam mining, which affect the safety of working face. Taking a coal face in Huainan area as an example, FLAC3D software was used to build a 3D geological model of the face to simulate the stress, displacement and failure characteristics of overlying strata in coal seam mining. The numerical simulation results were compared with the measured data of underground electrical exploration to verify its accuracy. The results show that the failure pattern of overlying strata after mining is generally "saddle type", and the failure height at the cutting eye of the working face is the highest. Through field measurement, the development height of "two belts" (caving zone and water-conducting fracture zone) is 11 m and 40.5 m, respectively, and the numerical simulation results are 11.5 m and 41 m, the errors of which are within the acceptable range. The comparison results show that FLAC3D software can be used to obtain more reliable development height data of "two belts", which can provide an effective comparison of the development height research methods of "two belts" for coal mining in subsequent mining areas and similar working faces. |
