| 原油采出水沉积引发的水润湿现象,是钢制输油管道内腐蚀的重要诱因。为探究预润湿与温度对X65碳钢输油管道润湿性的影响,文章采用多相流流动环路与水滴接触角测量装置,开展原油与NaCl溶液预润湿X65碳钢输油管道润湿性的对比实验,系统分析不同工况下试件表面亲疏水性演化特征及管道底部水层厚度变化规律。结果表明:原油预润湿可使X65碳钢表面形成稳定的疏水膜,能显著降低管道底部水层厚度,而NaCl溶液预润湿形成的亲水表面则易发生水相聚集与沉积;管道水润湿概率随含水率升高、流速降低而增大;温度过高会削弱原油膜疏水性,使油膜对管道的缓蚀保护作用降低。 |

| Water wetting caused by the deposition of produced water from crude oil is a significant factor leading to internal corrosion in steel oil pipelines. To investigate the effect of pre-wetting and temperature on the wettability of X65 carbon steel oil pipelines, this paper employs a multiphase flow loop and a contact angle measurement device to conduct comparative experiments on the wettability of X65 carbon steel pre-wetted with crude oil and NaCl solution. The evolution characteristics of surface hydrophilicity/hydrophobicity under different working conditions and the variation patterns of water layer thickness at the pipeline bottom are systematically analyzed. The results show that pre-wetting with crude oil forms a stable hydrophobic film on the X65 carbon steel surface, significantly reducing the thickness of the water layer at the pipeline bottom, whereas pre-wetting with NaCl solution forms a hydrophilic surface prone to water phase accumulation and deposition. The probability of water wetting in pipelines increases with higher water content and lower flow velocity. Excessively high temperatures weaken the hydrophobicity of the crude oil film, reducing its corrosion inhibition effect on the pipeline. |
