| 文章以纯丙乳液为主要成膜物质、重质碳酸钙为填料、温敏变色颜料为显色组分,并配合润湿剂、分散剂、消泡剂等助剂,通过研磨与复配工艺,采用分层涂刷方法制备出水性温敏可逆变色涂料。实验结果表明,最佳配方为纯丙乳液40%,颜料14%,填料11%;按此配方制得的"底漆-中间层-面漆"涂料,其涂层厚度比为12∶5∶1时在17.5 ℃附近表现出明显的可逆变色行为,变色性良好,附着力为1级,耐水性、耐碱性及耐老化性能良好,具有实际应用前景。 |

| Using pure acrylic emulsion as the main film-forming substance, heavy calcium carbonate as filler, and thermochromic pigments as the color-changing component, along with additives such as wetting agent, dispersant and defoamer, water-based thermochromic reversible coating are prepared through grinding and blending, employing a layered brushing method. The experimental results indicate that the optimal formulation consists of 40% pure acrylic emulsion, 14% pigment, and 11% filler. The coating prepared according to this formula, with a "primer-intermediate layer-topcoat" thickness ratio of 12∶5∶1, exhibits significant reversible color-changing behavior around 17.5 ℃, demonstrating good color-changing properties, adhesion grade 1, and satisfactory water resistance, alkali resistance and aging resistance, indicating promising practical application prospects. |
