| 从殖民时期、争取独立时期和独立后到21世纪改革与发展时期，华人华侨在牙买加经济发展中都发挥出了重要作用。在未来新的发展阶段中，华人华侨可以充分利用一带一路的战略机遇期，发挥熟悉牙买加国情、政治、法律、民俗等优势，引导中国资本参与牙买加经济发展，在基础设施建设、资源开发、人文交往、电信、旅游等方面加强合作，为牙买加经济发展的引擎加入更多的中国元素。 |

| From colonial period,struggle for independence and post-independence period to the period of reform and development in the 21st century,overseas Chinese had played an important role in Jamaica's economic development. In the new stage of development,the overseas Chinese can make full use of "Road and Belt" strategic opportunity and exploit the advantage of familiarity with Jamaica's national conditions, politics, laws and folklore, so as to guide Chinese capital to participate in the economic development of Jamaica and to strengthen cooperation in infrastructure,resource development,people-to-people exchange, telecommunications and tourism,and add more Chinese elements to the engine of Jamaica's economic development. |
