| As the earliest systematic disseminator of Marxism in China, Li Dazhao, focusing on the "fundamental solution" to China’s modern problems, used the Marxist worldview and methodology to diagnose, critique and construct responses to modern China’s social issues, thereby providing valuable historical experience and making the earliest methodological contributions to adapting Marxism to the Chinese context and the needs of the times. Accordingly, retracing Li Dazhao’s methodological exploration in this regard is undoubtedly of important theoretical value and practical significance for fully recognizing and grasping the historical inevitability and objective regularities of adapting Marxism to the Chinese context and the needs of the times through a grand historical perspective, and for strengthening rational consciousness and innovative practice in advancing this adaptation in the New Era. |
