| 全球安全倡议是中国为解决世界安全问题、完善全球安全治理体系而向国际社会提供的公共产品。倡议提出了全球安全治理理念,即以共同、综合、合作和可持续的安全观为全球安全治理的基础、内涵、路径和目标;重申了全球安全治理的基本原则,即尊重各国主权及领土完整是基本前提,遵守《联合国宪章》是根本遵循,坚持重视各国合理关切是重要原则;指明了全球安全治理的实践路径,即坚持走对话协商以和平方式解决国家间分歧的争端解决之路,综合施策、统筹推进各领域安全的综合治理。 |

| The Global Security Initiative (GSI) is a public product provided by China to the international community to address global security challenges and improve global security governance. The Initiative puts forward a concept for global security governance, namely taking a concept of security that is common, comprehensive, cooperative, and sustainable as the foundation, connotation, pathway and goal of global security governance; It reaffirms the basic principles of global security governance, namely that respecting the sovereignty and territorial integrity of all countries is the basic premise, observing the Charter of the United Nations is the fundamental guideline, and attaching importance to the legitimate concerns of all countries is an important principle. It points out the practical pathway for global security governance, namely adhering to the path of dispute resolution through dialogue and consultation to settle differences between states by peaceful means, and adopting comprehensive measures to advance the holistic governance of security across all fields in a coordinated manner. |
