| 新质生产力以劳动者的生态意识提升、劳动资料与劳动对象的生态化以及三者的组合优化为基本内涵,是马克思主义生产力理论的最新成果。新质生产力能够促进人与自然和谐发展,有助于加快发展方式的绿色转型。对新质生产力进行全面研究,能够更好地发挥其赋能美丽中国建设的积极效应。为此,文章基于新质生产力的基本内涵,从本质要求、价值旨归、目标导向三方面分析新质生产力赋能美丽中国建设的内在逻辑;从统筹人才培育、加大资金扶持、坚持系统观念、融合数字技术四方面探讨新质生产力赋能美丽中国建设的推进路径。 |

| New Quality Productive Forces (NQPF), characterized by the enhancement of workers’ ecological awareness, the greening of means and objects of labor, and the optimized integration of these three elements, represent the latest advancement in Marxist theory of productive forces. NQPF can facilitate harmonious development between humanity and nature, accelerating the green transformation of development models. A comprehensive study of NQPF can better harness its positive effects in empowering the Beautiful China construction. To this end, this paper analyzes the intrinsic logic of NQPF’s contribution to Beautiful China construction from three perspectives: essential requirements, value orientation and goal direction. Furthermore, it explores implementation pathways, including coordinated talent cultivation, increased financial support, adherence to a systemic approach and integration of digital technologies. |
