| 通过分析信息管理与信息系统(信管)专业的人才需求状况、学生就业状况以及大数据人才培养过程中存在的问题,提出了有针对性的培养路径,其中包括持续追踪学生就业状况、优化课程体系、创新教学方法、加强实践教学及其设施建设、深化产教融合以及加强师资队伍建设,旨在科学培育适应新时代需求、具备大数据管理与应用能力的高素质专业人才。 |

| By analyzing the demand situation of the talent market for the major of information management and information system(IMIS) and the problems in the process of big data talent cultivation, this paper proposes targeted cultivation paths, including understanding students’ employment status, optimizing the curriculum system, innovating teaching methods, strengthening practical teaching and facility construction, deepening industry-education integration, and enhancing faculty team building, with the aim to scientifically cultivate high-quality professionals who can meet the needs of the new era and possess big data management and application abilities. |
