切削过程的不稳定容易导致冶金锯片表面质量下降甚至引起刀具的损坏。文章采用Johnson-Cook材料破裂准则建立了锯片铣削加工的二维正交有限元模型,并依据切屑形态和应力分布的变化趋势对模型进行了验证。利用该模型考察了切削速度、切削厚度、刀具前角等参数对切削力和切削温度的影响曲线,综合仿真结果得到了锯片铣削的合理参数,在实际生产中得到了较好的切削效果。 |

The instability of the cutting process can easily lead to a decrease in the surface quality of metallurgical saw blades and even cause damage to the tool. This paper establishes a two-dimensional orthogonal finite element model for milling processing of saw blades using the Johnson-Cook material fracture criterion, and verifies the model based on the change trends of chip morphology and stress distribution. By utilizing this model, the effects of cutting speed, cutting depth, the rake angle of the tool, and other parameters on cutting force and cutting temperature are examined, and reasonable parameters for saw blade milling are obtained through comprehensive simulation, resulting in good cutting effects in actual production. |
