| 党的十八大以来，在党中央精准扶贫政策的指引下，河北省阜平县结合自身发展实际，历经8年的艰苦奋斗，在2020年2月底实现脱贫摘帽，脱贫成效显著。文章对阜平县脱贫成效、扶贫脱贫实践的特点进行了归纳，总结了其脱贫经验，并对其巩固拓展脱贫攻坚成果进行了展望，以期能为其他脱贫地区提供经验借鉴。 |

| Since the 18th National Congress of CPC, Fuping County of Hebei Province has made remarkable achievements in poverty alleviation under the guidance of the targeted poverty alleviation policy of the CPC Central Committee. By the end of February 2020, this county was lifted out of poverty, which was achieved through eight years of hard work based on its actual situation. This paper summarizes the effect, the characteristics and the experience of poverty alleviation in Fuping county, and provides the prospects of the achievements consolidation, so as to offer reference for the other poverty-alleviated areas. |
