| 以京津冀对比的方式，采用核密度估计法，从创新投入、创新产出、创新效率方面对河北省制造业创新发展进行分析，并从内源融资、信贷融资、债券融资、股权融资和政府补贴等融资渠道对河北省制造业金融支持进行分析。结果显示，河北省制造业创新发展对金融支持的需求很大，而金融支持力度不足，金融结构欠合理。因此，在河北省制造业创新发展进程中，应将加大金融支持力度、优化金融结构、提高金融支持效率作为破解金融支持短板问题的有效途径。 |

| Based on the comparison among Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei, the innovative development of manufacturing industry in Hebei Province is analyzed with kernel density estimation method from the aspects of innovation input, innovation output and innovation efficiency. Then, financial support for this industry is analyzed from different financing channels including internal financing, credit financing, bond financing, equity financing, government subsidies and others. The results show that the innovative development of manufacturing industry in Hebei Province has a great demand for financial support, but the support is insufficient and the financial structure is unreasonable now. Therefore, during the process of manufacturing innovative development in Hebei Province, it is necessary to strengthen financial support, optimize financial structure and improve financial support efficiency, which serve as effective ways to solve the problems in the present financial support. |
